This time, they’re teaming with their fellow retro enthusiasts at Ziggurat to put the polisher on 3DO’s 1995 cult-classic FPS,Killing Time.Killing Time: Resurrectedwill be released later this year. Killing Timeis one of the few games I own for my 3DO Interactive Multiplayer, one of the doomed consoles of the ‘90s. While playing through the first area of the game, I stopped myself because, while the game is fine, it was obviously not the ideal way to play it....

I wonder if he would have docked the game an extra point if he knew the default elephant models were not African elephants, which would have been historically accurate, but Indian ones instead!...

Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventureis hoping to be one of the hot toy products this holiday season, featuring small action figures that can be slotted into a “portal” and brought to life in an accompanying videogame. It’s a deliciously “nineties” idea, which is why I dig it. It’s also cross-platform, too.
