Put your guns on According to a report bySankei, Capcom is going after Koei Tecmo for patent infringement. Capcom filed a patent in 2002 on the works behind content coming from the combination of new and existing software. Almost 50 titles from Koei Tecmo, includingSamurai WarriorsandDynasty Warriorsgames, are said to infringe. Capcom is suing for about 980 million yen ($9.4 million). They’re also looking to acquire up to 10 percent of license fees as well as the suspension of sales of several titles....

Critical condition Strabreeze have released a new trailer for their upcoming co-op shooter based on hugely-popular zombie franchiseThe Walking Dead. The trailer introduces us to one of the game’s protagonists, Maya. In the excellent two-minute spot Maya, a young hospital worker attempts to come to terms with the aftermath of a massacre which begins after a wounded man is rushed onto her ward. The short preview does a great job of conveying mood and emotion, as well as streamlining her life-changing day into just a few short minutes....

In a little musical medley, that is Musician Sarah Schachner did a little arrangement where she covered the Halo, Modern Warfare 2, and Skyrim themes back-to-back.
