However, Phosphor Games is keeping its spirits high and is still determined to find a way to dedicate itself fully to the game’s development. Phosphor is considering taking donations directly from interested parties, either via PayPal or credit cards, but it wants to gauge the realistic results first....

This Kickstarter… Recently, it was revealed that theRed Ashproject, a callback toMega Man Legends, hadalready secured a publisher mid-Kickstarter campaign. The game is being made. Now, the Kickstarter is solely for “extra” funds and content, a strategy which hasn’t taken to the community. As of that announcement yesterday, the campaign has lost roughly $4,000 in pulled pledges, which includes my own. If you’re still interested, the stretch goals for the “extra” Kickstarter are now unveiled and they basically start at $800,000....

Our friends at Tomopop have the scoop Solid Snake has never been this adorable. Well, I don’t know if the new Revoltech line, Revol Mini, qualifies as adorable, but this particular figure cuts it for me. The Solid Snake Revol Mini figure comes packing excellent detail and articulation. Just when we thought names for game systems couldn’t get any worse, Nintendo hit us with the name “Wii U” last year. It somehow managed to be even worse than “Wii,” and many quickly pointed to how the name could potentially confuse consumers. Shoppers could see the familiar white box with blue text and logos, and white console, and pass on what they think they already have at home. CVGsays that sources “close to the platform holder” have suggested that Nintendo is considering changing the name of their next console before E3 comes around....
