They’ll be available through the Golden Pass, which is the game’s version of a “battle pass.” This news comes just before the game’s official 1.0 launch onSeptember 28. The kart racer’s free-to-play for the first time on that date.

No gameplay has been shown for these characters. However, as the publisher Gameloft approaches the new season, it will likely give us a tease of what’s to come in future tweets and announcements. We have no official release date for Season 4 as of the time of writing. It may fall on September 28 to coincide with the game’s launch.
