Luckily, DTI has plenty of options for you to choose from to craft a bright and bold outfit that’s perfect for walking the streets of Tokyo. The fluffy, layered skirt you can purchase near the Madoka outfit is perfect for this look, although feel free to use the tutu if you don’t have it purchased. Make sure to toggle the layers off.
When it comes to the top, the heart tank top allows you to match it with your skirt but still keep a fun pattern. I like the one with the cats best, as it’s reminiscent of the kawaii aesthetic.
Arm warmers are a must for this look, and choosing a simpler pattern of the same color palette as the top will make for a chaotic yet cohesive look that’s perfect for Decora. This second look is based on Lolita and Dolly Kei fashion, which are more subcultures of Harajuku fashion that are instantly recognizable. To put it simply, you’ll want to look like a beautiful porcelain doll. The hair with colored streaks allows you to make a beautiful pastel look.
The layered skirt comes in yet again since it’s such a staple of the style. Keep the top layer toggled on this time. Pair it with the bow top and some puffy sleeves to create an adorable, fluffy look with any pastel colors you want. I like to use softer patterns to give the look layers.
