Chill out

Borderlands 2has seen tons of downloadable content over the past year, but it is finally coming to the end (at least, until they announce some more). After two characters, four big narrative campaigns, two level increases, a bunch of customization options, and a couple optional areas, the last set of DLC is made up of the three “Headhunter” packs, each taking on a different holiday theme. In October there was the Halloween-themedT.K. Baha’s Bloody Harvest, in November there was the Thanksgiving-flavoredThe Horrible Hunger of the Ravenous Wattle Gobbler, and later this month we can expectHow Marcus Saved Mercenary Day, which is presumably all about Christmas (and perhaps Chanukah?).

While we don’t know much beyond the theme of this upcoming DLC, the video above shows off the customization options available in it. Given the nature of the Headhunter packs (kill a boss, wear his head), it seems likely that the Vault Hunters will be fighting some sort of deranged snowman this time around. Otherwise, the skins are generally pretty well done, with my personal favorites being the Commando’s nutcracker-esque “Tin Soldier” and the Psycho’s “WARM AND TOASTY” pastel sweater.
