As Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 leaks start to come thick and fast, rumors suggest that the Locus sniper rifle, Saug 9mm SMG, and Gobblegums could all be returning from previousBlack Opsseries entries.

Call of Dutyleaker Soup leaked images of bonuses that players get from pre-ordering the Black Ops 6 vault edition. In the firstimage, one of the rewards is what appears to be a collection of Gobblegums. And in the secondpicture, two of the weapons resemble the Saug 9mm fromBlack Ops 4, and the Locus fromBlack Ops 3and4.

Gobblegums were a controversial feature inBlack Ops 3 Zombiesthat gave players special abilities such as instantly teleporting to a random location or having zombies chase you instead of your teammates. The temporary consumables added an extra layer of strategy to the game mode, as teams could save up money and take a chance at the machine.

Despite providing unique benefits, Gobblegum also drew criticism as the machine was expensive inBlack Ops 3, and forced players to spend hours and in-game currency spinning in an effort to get the ability they wanted. This could be an issue inBlack Ops 6, if they put the temporary power ups behind a pay wall and make players pull out their wallets if they want to use the fun abilities in Zombies.

The weapon designs resemble the Locus and Saug 9mm, but it’s hard to tell for sure with the zombie-themed camos on them.Modern Warfare 3has regularly added old weapons back such as the MORS, BAl-27, and Kar98k, so it wouldn’t be too much of a surprise to see classicBlack Opsweapons return in the next title.
