Disney Dreamlight Valley’sThrills & Frills updateintroduced Daisy Duck and her boutique, which allows you to express your clothes-designing skills to others. With the boutique comes the unique challenge of creating outfits that match Daisy’s specific theme ideas in exchange for coin rewards.
What is Daisy’s Boutique Challenge inDisney Dreamlight Valley?
Daisy’s Boutique Challenge is an activity that lets you win special coins by creating clothes based on Daisy’s chosen themes. After building her boutique and completing her introductory clothes design quest objective, she’ll tell you about her boutique challenge, allowing you to talk to her again to ask about the current theme.
After asking her about the current challenge, she’ll give you a list of themes. For example, I had the following for my first challenge:
If you need a reminder of your current challenge, you can talk to her again and ask if you completed the challenge, or open your wardrobe menu to see the list. As you design your clothes and place them on the displays, you’ll cross off each theme in the list, letting you know which ones are complete.
How to complete Daisy’s Boutique Challenge inDisney Dreamlight Valley
Once you have your theme list, your next goal is to make an outfit matching it. While you can design your own clothes, using preexisting ones works as long as they fit Daisy’s theme. With simple, casual, or calm requirements, you can use the filters button in your customization options to narrow down your selection, allowing you to design your clothes according to her challenge.
Similarly, you’ll also have to place furniture if she asks for it. For example, one requirement is seating, so I added a black couch to the challenge area.
After making an outfit and placing furniture that fits the theme, interact with the mannequins on the raised platform in Daisy’s boutique before talking to her again. Upon completing the challenge, you’ll receive 100 Daisy Coins, and a new theme will be available 24 hours later.
Let’s take a look at another example. During one of my Daisy challenges, she gave me the following list:
With this in mind, our focus is creating a bedroom area with an outfit containing a hat. It doesn’t matter which hat you pick for this specific challenge, so choose any to knock out that objective.
From here, use your filters to find a bed—ideally one that is blue or has a familiar and lavish tag—before filling the rest of the platform space with other furniture. Not every item you place needs to fit all six themes; you may use several furniture items in the space to fulfil the requirements.Star Path rewardsare great for completing these challenges, but you can also purchase furniture and clothes from Scrooge’s shop.
How to unlock the Boutique Challenge
You’ll unlock Boutique challenges after placing Daisy Duck’s house, meeting her for the first time since she left, and using the Wonderland Amplification Elixir to create her boutique. You’ll initiate this by talking to Mickey Mouse and starting the You Have Mail quest, where he’ll tell you that Daisy sent a letter telling him she plans on returning to Dreamlight Valley. From here, you’ll meet her to learn about the boutique, allowing you to craft the size increase elixir and unlock the building.
After increasing the boutique’s size, placing it in the village, and talking to Daisy, you can officially participate in Boutique Challenges and claim some rewards.
