The inaccurately titledDon’t Starve: Pocket Editiondoes two things:
The game will be released in iOS tomorrow, July 9, for the very reasonable price of $4.99. This seems to be a more direct port of the game than a mobile downgrade, as it requires iOS 8.0 or later, and the iPads it’ll work on are the higher-spec ones.
Still, if I can chase Pigmen around on a tablet then all is well in the world.
