With the proper build and playstyle, Hollows can be one of the strongest races in all ofType Soul. If you are looking for a challenging but rewarding progression path, consider starting as a Hollow and attempting to unlock Vastocar. This is the full Hollow Progression inType Soul.
Hollow progression path inType Soul
Creating a Hollow inType Soulwill start you off in the weak form of a Fishbone. Through a series of tasks and quests, you may eventually become a Vastocar, one of the strongest evolutions in all ofType Soul. Here’s the overall Hollow progression path:

If you are familiar withType Soul, you can probably follow the above progression path to get to the form you’re striving for. However, if you need more guidance, here’s exactly how to progress as a Hollow inType Soulall the way from Fishbone to Vastocar. After you’ve created your character and chosen Hollow, you here is everything you must do starting as a Fishbone.
Become Menos by eating other Hollows
The first task in your life as a Hollow is pretty simple. You are extremely weak as a Fishbone, but thankfully we can evolve into a Menos pretty quickly. For this task, you just need to eat other Hollows. You will find plenty of other NPC Hollows around Hueco Mundo, both other Fishbones and Menos. Simply defeat them and they will drop their body parts which you can consume and evolve into a Menos.
Evolve into Adjuchas by killing other Hollows
You are now the hulking but slow Menos. You have the capability of ripping off your mask and becoming a Menoscar in this form, but it’s highly recommended that you do not do that. Mensocars are extremely weak, and it’s more worthwhile to evolve into your next form, an Adjuchas.
To evolve into an Adjuchas you need to kill other Hollows. There are plenty of other NPC Menos in the area that you can kill to complete this task, which is what you should do. If you are struggling to find Menos to kill, head down into Menos Forest next to the quest board in Hueco Mundo and you will find more Menos to take on. After killing enough Hollows, you evolve into an Adjuchas.
Make a choice: Adjucar or Vastocar
If you really enjoy the playstyle of an Adjuchas, you can stop your progression here. Ripping off your mask will cause you to become an Adjucar, a strong form of Hollow that is the final progression point for an Adjuchas. While this is certainly a possibility available to you, I recommend continuing your progression towards becoming a Vasto Lorde and eventually a Vastocar. The quest to do so is quite difficult and will take some time, but both evolutions are much stronger than the Adjucar. However, if you’ve failed the final step of becoming a Vasto Lorde, the strongest evolution you can become without creating a new character is Adjucar.
Become a Vasto Lorde
This is one of the hardest progression paths in all ofType Soul, because dying in the first steps will cause the entire quest to reset, while dying in the final step will cause you to reset all the way back to Menos and disallow you to everbecome a Vasto Lordeor Vastocar without creating a new character.
The first part of becoming a Vasto Lord requires you to do the following:
Once you’ve defeated the Vasto Lorde boss NPC, you yourself will become a Vasto Lorde!
Rip off your mask and become Vastocar
Now that you’ve reached the final evolution of Hollow, it’s time to become Vastocar. Simply rip off your mask and you will complete the Hollow progression and become a Vastocar, the strongest form of Hollow in all ofType Soul!
