The world ofDungeons & Dragonsis merciless, and yourBaldur’s Gate 3characters could die, whether you like it or not. You’ll need to revive fallen party members who died in combat, and thankfully, it’s fairly cheap to bring them back. Here’s how to revive inBaldur’s Gate 3.
How to reviveBaldur’s Gate 3party members
There are a couple of ways to reviveBaldur’s Gate 3party members. First, you may speak to Withers. He’ll appear in your camp around the time you defeat the three goblin bosses likeDror Ragzlinor findWithersin the Dank Crypt near the Overgrown Ruins in Act 1. He simply showed up in my playthrough despite missing his side quest.
Regardless, Withers will offer you the chance to bring back a dead party member. For example,Astarioncould have been devoured by zombies or scorched by flames after getting knocked down. To revive Astarion or another character inBaldur’s Gate 3,select “I need to resurrect someone.” Choose the person you want to resurrect and then pay the200 Goldthat Withers requests for his services. He’ll then use his magic to bring back the party member with full health.

Is there another way to bring them back from the dead?
If you don’t have the cash, there is another way. TheScrolls of Revivifyare very rare items found across the world ofBaldur’s Gate 3,but they can be used to bring a character back to life. I had around five scrolls at the beginning ofAct 2. Select the Revivify scroll and then click on the character you want to bring back, like Shadowheart. They’ll then get back up to their feet like nothing ever happened. However, they’ll only have 1 HP, so ensure you have to plan to heal them if you’re mid-battle.
