Since 1997 the series has spawned various toys, manga, anime, and game adaptations, and the fun isn’t stopping anytime soon. By way of a public Twitter posting, Bandai Namco and Toei Animation are asking fans for questions on the “Future of Digimon” panel, which will be held at Anime Expo 2019 in LA on July 6 at 10AM PT (Room LP5, if you’re going).
Select questions will be read aloud so long as they have to do with the “Digimongames orDigimon Survive,” which goes without saying asSurviveis indeed aDigimongame. It seems as if the main purpose of this event is for fans to get more info on the elusiveSurvive, which is being developed by Witchcraft for the PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch platforms.
Lest you think the series is slowing down: although the recent TV show ended its run in 2017, there is another movie coming in 2020 (the 17th overall), the aforementionedSurviveis set for a worldwide debut this year, andCyber Sleutharrived in the west just recently in early 2018.
