There’s promise of ten “world premiers,” music, celebrities, and yes, even some awards.
In past years, back when host and organizer Geoff Keighley put these shows on with Spike, we’d all get blasted beforehand to better handle the moreabsurdmoments and lengthy running time. Thankfully, last year’s awards show was relatively low key, and while it was still way too long, we’re told to expect a shorter event tonight. Progress! There’s also supposed to be aShaq Fusurprise.
The Game Awards begin at 6:00pm Pacific. You can watch them live, right here.
