After today’s Nintendo Direct featuringDonkey Kong Bananza, I am really buying into the hype that we have another potential game of the year candidate on our hands. Bananzalooks a lot like it’s been made by the 3D Mario team who madeSuper Mario Odyssey, but that’s just an assumption based on the look and breadth of what Nintendo showed today, which is to say that’s about as big of a compliment as one can give off of initial impressions....

The big show’s back in town E3 is set to return as an in-person event in 2023, and today the event locked in some dates and details. E3 2023 will be a four-day expo, running June 13 through 16 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Preceding the show will be partnered digital events and showcases. Those will start on June 11. E3 itself will have set days for business and consumer attendance....

The Safe Haven DLC marks the continuation ofPoppy Playtime, and you can explore the fourth chapter of your scary adventure. If you have cleared the previous chapters, you’ll be in a familiar setting. The objective once again will be to survive and escape before you meet your untimely death. You’ll encounter different threats and puzzles along the way, involving a deadly gas. You’ll have to escape from it not once but twice in Chapter 4....

Developer Visionary Realms revealed today that its upcoming fantasy MMORPG,Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen, is set to enter Early Access in December 2024 after over a decade of development. Visionary Realms believes launching in Early Access will give players access to the game world of Terminus ahead of its 1.0 release and allow them to help shapePantheon. Originally announced in January 2014,Pantheon: Rise of the Fallenhas been developed as an MMORPG seeking to bring back the heavy emphasis on social aspects that seem to be mostly forgotten in modern-day MMOs....

The PC Gaming Show is all about showcasing upcoming games, with Shiro Games, the team behindEvoland, Northgard, andWartales, making a grand return by announcing their latest title,Farever.
