Ava and the Pokemon TCG Club

The social aspects ofPokemonare one of the reasons the franchise found monumental success. By allowing and encouraging players to trade creatures and compete, a vibrant global community has formed. This element of the franchise is reflected inPath to the Peak, though it is focused on card collecting.

Like most kids who find themselves in a new town, Ava struggles to fit in. In the first episode, we discover how she finds a strange Pikachu origami that leads her to aPokemon TCGclub. At first, she is quickly trounced, but after learning a few tips from her dead, she is able to come out victorious and become a member of thePokemonclub.
