Well that’s reassuring
Following yesterday’s news thatThe Witcher 3had beenpushed backto February 2015, my only real concern was how its extended development would affect another of CD Projekt RED’s games,Cyberpunk 2077. It won’t. Not in “any significant way,” CEO Marcin Iwinski toldGameSpot.
Excluding overlap between select developers, “Cyberpunk 2077is developed by a separate team within CD Projekt Red, so the development ofCyberpunk 2077is not really affected,” he said.
“We are working hard to deliver an outstanding RPG and rest assured, that all the learnings onThe Witcher 3are being applied to theCyberpunk 2077development.”
All that said, I still get the feeling this game is years and years away. I can’t even visualize it.
