Expect to see more historical strategy games

I don’t have it in me to become invested enough in grand strategy titles to enjoy playing them, but I always had a soft spot for Fraser Brown’sParadox reviews. This is a genre made possible by a passionate player base and the same can be said of the developers working on these games.

Studio manager Johan Andersson says he doesn’t think they’ll make a fishing simulator, but there’s potential for, say, “space games” as long as they are fun, immersive, and “thinking games.” I want to see what a Paradox-developed fishing sim would look like, though. A lot.
