Tune in for sequel news (probably)
[UPDATE: Itwascorporate. Ubisoft have announced the opening of new studio in Quebec. The immediately iconic UbisoftSaguenay will open in January 2018 and will be focusing mostly in online ventures. They will hire around 100 staff and will see record investments in the province.]
Ubisoft Montreal are holding a live press event in just a little over an hour, where they plan to reveal “The biggest announcement from Ubisoft in Quebec in 20 years”.
If you want to tune in to see this Earth-shattering surprise, the event will be broadcast on the Ubisoft MontrealYoutube page. It is scheduled to start at 8:45am at what I’m assuming is their local time (as no timezone was mentioned.) So that’s also 8:45am ET and 1:45pm BST. Too many numbers, I hope it’s worth it.
Of course it’s just as likely to be some dull corporate news, another absorbed studio or some such. Either way, we’ll find out soon enough.
