Vampire Survivors, a popular bullet heaven game, is now available on PlayStation consoles. Arriving on both PS4 and PS5, the game from developer Poncle has finally put its bullet heaven on Sony consoles.
Vampire Survivorshas been gradually picking up platforms since its original launch on PC in 2022, eventually adding Xbox, mobile, and Switch ports. Now, PlayStation owners can give it a shot as well, to see how long they can survive through a round ofVampire Survivors.
Vampire Survivorsis described as a bullet heaven game since the player is raining bullets upon enemies, instead of being on the receiving end of it, like in bullet hell games such asIkaruga.

The roguelike game offers nigh-endless gameplay, where gradually increasing waves of enemies have to be defeated (or avoided) for as long as possible. There are several playable characters to choose from, each having their own unique weapons and bonus stats.
Each round inVampire Survivorsstarts players off with basic abilities, and they can pick up new auto-firing weapons and upgrades during the round to improve their character. When a round ends, players lose all the abilities that they have earned during the round, but they retain the coins earned during a playthrough. These coins can then be used to purchase temporary or permanent upgrades for a new Vampire Survivor round.

While the gameplay on PlayStation will be the same as it is on other platforms, there will be unique trophies for players to collect onVampire Survivors, including a Platinum trophy. In total, there are 221 trophies to unlock inVampire Survivorson PlayStation across its base game and DLCs (viaExophase).
Vampire Survivorsis available for$4.99 for PS4 and PS5, but PS Plus members can pick it up for $4.49.
