The game begins withIndiana Jonessleeping in his office at Marshall College, but he wakes up to a break-in. A relic has been stolen by a man much bigger than him. Jones believed the artifact was historically insignificant, so he investigates the break-in further and goes to the Vatican.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circlewill be taking us to the Vatican, the great Pyramids in Egypt, the Forgotten Temples of Sukhothai, the Himalayas, and other locations. There is one instance in which Indiana is jumping from one plane to another.

“We looked carefully at each location and the time period the game is set in and we’re trying to make it as authentic as possible,” said Senior Lighting Artist Juli Haraldsdottir in the officialgameplay reveal trailer.

We don’t know where else Indy will be setting off to, but Bethesda and Xbox have confirmedIndiana Jones and the Great Circlereleases sometime this year for the Xbox Series X, Xbox Series, and PC. It will be available on Xbox Game Pass as well. Hopefully, it’s just as good as developer MachineGames’ last big hitWolfenstein II: The New Colossus.
